Payment of participation fees

Fees :     Euro 350; Students Euro 200; Accompanying Persons 150

Accompanying persons are only required to pay if they plan to make use of the transportation facilities and join us on the city tours and particpate in our social events.

Deadline is April 30th

The participation fees will cover all social events, including two lunches, as well transportation from and to the airport, including meet and assist, and assistance in flight reservations and confirmations, the conference pouch, a copy of all abstracts as well as the proceedings after they are printed.
