To get the visa check with the nearest Italian Embassy and obtain a contact address. Ask Dr Damiano Adelfio (d.adelfio@alchemiaproject.it) to send to that contact your invitation letter. A copy will also be sent to you.

Please send him a copy of the relevant pages of your passport

What do you need to get your visa:

1- An invitation letter from Dr Damiano Adelfio

2- A flight ticket reservation

3- The address of your hotel and confirmed reservation

4- Health insurance valid for the duration of the visit This needs to be purchased form special agents in your country

5- fees for the visa.

6- A bank account statement (could be waived)

7- Any other requirements the Embassy makes in your country

You should also send to Dr Damiano Adelfio your Flight Info (including airline, flight number, arrival date and time, departure date and time, and which hotels you have reserved with).

The accommodatiosn we chose is very near the train station in Rome. Taking a train from or to the airport is very easy.
